A midsized Kihei Condominium is seeking a full-time Site-Manager with a minimum of 2 years association property management to provide the following services:

Physical Duties: Maintenance, Janitorial, and Landscaping.

Operations Management: The association site manager must make certain that daily operations run smoothly, the common areas are cleaned, inspected daily and properly maintained. Ensure the association rules are being enforced.

Communication Management: Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and other software programs as needed, as well as becoming proficient in using the Association’s Town Square and Strong Room software. Proficient in verbal and written communication skills.

Project and Financial Management: Experience in reviewing budgets, financials, audits and reserve studies. Following the association’s guidelines for hiring employees, contractors, invoicing, procuring requests for proposals, bill payment coding, and working within the association’s budget.
